Certified by the Center for Executive Coaching and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Tiffany is also a Senior Certified Professional with the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR). She specializes in strategic planning, leadership effectiveness, and organizational development, bringing valuable insights to start-ups, scale-ups, small to mid-sized businesses, local government agencies, non-profit boards, specialty trade contractors, and youth sports organizations. Whether optimizing strategies, addressing complex organizational challenges, or enhancing leadership performance, Tiffany’s approach is both practical and results-driven.
With a BS in Business Management from Western Governors University and a Human Resources Management certificate from San Diego State University, Tiffany combines real-world experience with a strategic mindset to help leaders and teams thrive.
Beyond her work, Tiffany finds inspiration in the outdoors—hiking, backpacking, and off-roading fuel her sense of adventure and resilience. She is also deeply committed to continuous learning, meaningful conversations, and connecting with like-minded individuals who share a drive for growth and leadership excellence.

The Vikings were known for their remarkable ability to navigate the harsh and unpredictable waters of the North Atlantic. One of the tools they’re believed to have used was the sunstone — a crystal said to reveal the sun’s position even when hidden by clouds or fog. According to legend and scientific theory, it helped them find direction when the skies offered none.
